Dear Family,
This past week has been a good
one. Not too much to report though. We have been doing interviews
with the different zones and that will continue this week as well. Elder
Williams and I have the missionaries teach us before they are interviewed and
give them suggestions on how they can improve and also give feedback on the
things that they do well. It has been a good opportunity to get to know
all the missionaries better.
One fun thing that we did this week
was Elder Williams and I had a member of the ward take us to Anthony's (a very
nice seafood restaurant) where I ate more seafood than I ever had in my
life. He wanted it to be a fun experience for us and so he ordered a TON
of different things for us to try.
Appetizers:
-Crab Cakes
-Mussels
-Clams
-Calamari
-Fried Scallops
-Coconut Shrimp
-Lobster cocktails
-Clam Chowder
Main Course: (I will attach a
pic)
-King Salmon
-Sturgeon
-Swordfish
Desert:
-Crembrulet
-Huckleberry Crisp
-Key Lime Pie
It was quite the feast and we were
both SUPER FULL at the end of it. The food was Sooooo goood! (it was cool
to eat swordfish too)!
Thank you for everything!
Love you all!
-Elder Bowen
